Then we keep drafting after your office closes, and the sheets are waiting when you get in.

Development application drawings prepared for council lodgement — site analysis, shadow diagrams, floor plans, elevations, sections and the schedules your authority expects.
Construction documentation
Full CD sets in Revit from your design development model or markups. Annotated, scheduled, coordinated and issued to your title block and sheet naming.
Residential and multi-residential
Detached housing, townhouses, dual occupancy and apartment buildings — the volume documentation work that eats a small practice's capacity.
A dedicated drafter
A named Revit drafter working only on your projects, in your templates, attending your Monday call if you want them to. Full-time or part-time, month to month.
Drawn to your standards
- AS/NZS drawing conventions, including AS 1100 dimensioning and line work.
- Your Revit template, title block, view templates, families and sheet naming — not ours.
- NCC and state planning documentation requirements for the jurisdiction you're lodging in.
- BS EN ISO 19650 information management where your client or project requires it.
- Files delivered as .RVT, .DWG, .PDF and IFC, issued through your client portal with a full revision history.
