Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 16, 2026 · Last Updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms apply to our website at draftitecture.com, our client portal, and the drafting and documentation services we provide. Please read them alongside our privacy policy and security and confidentiality policy.
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Draftitecture website, our client portal, and any drafting, modeling or documentation services we provide. "Draftitecture", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Keviz Design and Consultancy LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership based in Kerala, India.
By engaging our services or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Where we have signed a separate written agreement, master services agreement or statement of work with you, that document takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written quote, proposal or statement of work setting out deliverables, formats, turnaround and price. Work outside that scope — including additional sheets, changed design intent or new disciplines — is treated as a variation and quoted separately before we begin it.
We provide drafting, modeling and documentation production. We are not the architect, engineer or designer of record for your project, we do not provide design advice or code compliance certification, and we do not stamp or seal drawings. Responsibility for design intent, statutory approvals and professional sign-off remains with you.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful source material — drawings, survey data, point clouds, templates, standards and briefs — and for holding the rights necessary to share them with us.
Where work depends on your input, review or approval, agreed timelines pause while we wait. We will flag queries as they arise rather than at the end of a package.
4. Revisions and acceptance
Minor revisions arising from our error or omission are corrected at no charge. The number of included revision rounds for discretionary or design-driven changes is set out in your quote; additional rounds are chargeable at the agreed rate.
Please raise revision comments through the client portal so they are logged against the deliverable. Deliverables are treated as accepted if no comments are received within the period stated in your quote.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
Rates published on this website are indicative starting points. Your applicable rate is the one stated in your quote or engagement agreement. Prices are quoted exclusive of taxes, bank charges and currency conversion costs unless stated otherwise.
Hourly and per-sheet work is invoiced per the cycle in your quote. Retainer and dedicated-resource engagements are invoiced monthly in advance. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.
Retainer hours are allocated to a calendar month and, unless your agreement says otherwise, do not roll over. Dedicated-resource engagements require written notice to reduce or end, as set out in your agreement.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in the material you supply to us. On full payment for an engagement, all intellectual property in the deliverables we produce for that engagement transfers to you.
We retain ownership of our own generic tools, scripts, families, templates and know-how that are not specific to your project, and of anything we developed before or independently of the engagement.
We will not publish, display or reuse your project content as marketing material without your prior written permission. See our security and confidentiality page.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all project material as confidential. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving files, including for free test sheets, and will sign your own NDA template on request. Access to your files is limited to the team members assigned to your project.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by suitably experienced personnel, and that deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed scope and standards.
We do not warrant that deliverables are free from all errors. Your remedy for a defect is correction by us, provided you notify us within the period stated in your quote.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, you pay for work performed and costs committed up to the termination date, and we deliver work in progress in its current state.
10. Use of the client portal
Access to app.draftitecture.com is provided for the purpose of managing your engagements with us. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your accounts, and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not attempt to access another client's data, disrupt the Service, or upload malicious code or unlawful content.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed engagement agreement specifies a different governing law and forum.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect for new engagements from the date they are published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter a signed engagement agreement.
