CAD Technician
AutoCAD drafters with experience in architectural, MEP or shop drawings. Residential, commercial and hospitality project experience preferred.
- AutoCAD proficiency
- BricsCAD (bonus)
- Floor plans, elevations, sections
- DWG file management
- English communication
BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist
Revit modelers capable of producing LOD 200–400 architectural models, MEP coordination models or existing conditions as-builts.
- Revit Architecture / MEP
- LOD awareness
- Navisworks (bonus)
- IFC export knowledge
- BIM coordination experience
Architectural Drafter
Drafters with a design background who can handle documentation packages, detail drawings and permit sets for international projects.
