How do I reset my password?
On the login screen at app.draftitecture.com, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
How do I export or download my project files?
Project files can be exported directly from within the app. If you need assistance accessing your data, contact our support team and we'll help you retrieve it.
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Ensure you're using the correct email address registered with your account. Try resetting your password. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the problem.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and your device/OS details. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
